Since day one, I’ve had a passion for design and a love for special adornments. Early on, I found joy in creating and making people happy. Over the years, I've learned the importance of living a balanced life, loving and serving others, while remaining grounded. I'm proud of how far I’ve come yet remain committed to performing even better.
My pieces are carefully made. My work is an extension of who I am, so I take pride in selecting stones and materials for my clients. I am influenced by nature, encouraging others and creativity. I enjoy the tranquility that jewelry making brings. I'm able to connect my love and art with each gemstone and charge them with calm, balance, and good intent.

For all custom orders, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, and the balance is due upon completion. Once the balance is received, your pieces will be shipped. Depending on the style and technique, please allow up to 2 weeks to produce your pieces. Please email info@AdornByZ.com so, we can discuss your new creation. I look forward to working with you hearing about your idea!
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Adorn by Z aims to please. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a piece, let me know. Depending on your reason for the return and condition of the item, I will gladly repair, exchange or issue a store credit. Refunds are not available. Please include a copy of the receipt, invoice, or packing slip. Explain the reason for return and send me the item. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping, but I will send your exchanged or repaired item with no additional shipping cost.

Prior to exchanging, please note the following:
- Defective items must be reported within 10 days of receipt of purchase
- Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of purchase
- All sales are final on discounted, marked down, and clearance items
- Please allow up to 15 business days to process an exchange or repair.
- You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been received.
- I will ship your purchase within 3-5 days
- If there is a delay, I will reach out via email
